Dr. Jain is a vastly experienced CardioVascular and Thoracic surgeon with a spectrum of surgical qualifications in adult and pediatric cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive cardiac interventions, and vascular surgery. He received his specialist education at the prestigious Universities of Pune and Mumbai.

In a career spanning over 2 decades, he has worked at the reputed BYL and KEM Hospitals, for 15 years wherein the latter, he acted as a professor in CVTS. He is reputed as the founder of the TEVAR program at KEM as well as its minimally invasive cardiac surgery program. 

Academically he has not underachieved whatsoever with multiple numbers of research published in national as well as international journals and conferences. His knowledge and experience have been widely recognized with him being an observer at the Leipzig Heart Centre, Germany for minimally invasive cardiac surgery and TAVI, as well as in producing many cardiac surgeons as a university-approved teacher at KEM.

His clinical talent, moreover experience is unbridled in the sense of him being the first cardiac surgeon in Mumbai to successfully carry out a TAVI. Needless to say, his expertise spans a vast amount with emphasis on total arterial revascularization (LIMA RIMA Y) on beating heart, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, TAVI, TEVAR, AND complex aortic aneurysm surgery as well as pulmonary endarterectomy for pulmonary embolism.
