Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Symbiosis Speciality Hospital, DADAR (W) – Central Mumbai

Position Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Symbiosis Hospital, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing strategies to grow and enhance our online presence, engage patients, gather reviews, and ensure that our digital profiles are up-to-date..

You will collaborate closely with hospital staff, the marketing team, and external design and web development partners to achieve these goals.

Basic Canva skills are preferred to create quick design pieces such as post creatives, flyers, banners and invitations.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Work with the hospital’s on-ground marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the hospital’s goals and target audience.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal hospital departments to gather information about services, facilities, and upcoming events to effectively promote them online.
  • Collaborate with external design and web development teams to ensure the hospital’s digital assets are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Online Presence Management:

  • Maintain and update the hospital’s website and social media profiles with accurate and relevant content.
  • Monitor online reviews and engage with patients to address their concerns and collect positive feedback.

Content Creation and Marketing:

  • Plan, curate and create content, including blog posts, patient testimonials, event coverage, videos, infographics, and social media posts, to engage the target audience.
  • Use Canva or similar tools to create visually appealing design pieces for digital marketing materials.

Campaign Execution:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

SEO and Online Visibility:

  • Work with the external SEO team to optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and strategy development.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar design tools. ++
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – English, Hindi & Marathi.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing is a plus. ++
